Uh, how do I add someone to Dhai'mon group?

So yeah, I don't seem to know how the hell to add someone to Dhai'mon. Any help is appreciated 
Click your name in the top right corner and then User Control Panel.
Click the Usergroups tab.
Choose Manage groups on the left and then click Manage Users.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will find it there.
