Zomara Khell's rare repair changed.

As the 2 rares + jeweled wristcuffs = 1 pristine rare feature was not getting used much, we've made some changes.
As of now you will need one rare and the jcuffs. The mobol will give you a 50% chance of getting your rare repaired. If the repair fails, you will get your jcuffs back.

Zomara Khel says 'I will repair the following items, at the cost of two jeweled wristcuffs:'
a heron-marked longsword
a heron-mark blade
a heron-marked greatsword
a heron-marked foil
a shocklance
a wicked knife bladed axe
a a sinister black trident
a triple bladed dagger
a steel warhammer
a wildly-spiked axe
a tainted maul
a polearm with a serrated catchpole
Zomara Khel says 'Give me the weapon, just the one mind, and wristcuffs all at once and say that I have all.'
Zomara Khel says 'I will have exactly a 50% chance of repairing your rare weapon.'
Zomara Khel says 'If I fail, I will return the wristcuffs.'
