FIXED: Platinum Chit

Turned in a platinum chit. Got the narrate for quintuple. Double checked it and it only turned on 4x.
Finally was able to find the time for a total re-write so it is a lot easier to maintain and spot mistakes.
Also, changed the phrasing of the messages a bit.
