Wheel of Time MUD

Are Lancers supposed to have the ability to go in their barracks door with no quit on? Some are pking and getting low and using that mobol to hide behind a door consistently without the other side being able to enter. Is that intended?

I looked at this, then found this no-quit change being applied entirely willy nilly. The three clans I checked had none, so I don't know anymore.
